Digen Ballayan

FOUNDER/CEO
The founder and CEO of Lifetime Skills Home Healthcare Services (LSHS), Mr. Digen Ballayan, is an accomplished professional with a career spanning over 30 years in the field of human services. He currently serves as the Executive Director of LSHS, a post he assumed after serving over 12 years at ResCare Company as a Therapist. Digen has served in various public and private sector positions with excellent results, including the post of Protective Service Care Manager/Investigator with the County of Delaware, PA, Case Manager/Youth Advocate with the Philadelphia Youth Advocate Programs, Behavioral Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist with ABA Consulting Services, Residential Services Manager with The Drenk Residential Services, among others.
Mr. Ballayan holds MBA, M.Ed, and BBA degrees along with various relevant training certificates and academic honors. He is a highly motivated person with great interpersonal skills. Very importantly, Mr. Ballayan is a God fearing person with great amounts of empathy for his fellow human beings, a value system that underpins the establishment and philosophy of Lifetime Skills Home Healthcare Services.
